1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Hivefy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use Hivefy.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use Hivefy. By accepting these terms, you represent that you are either (i) of legal age or (ii) have the authority to bind a minor under your care.

3. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. You agree to notify Hivefy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Creation and Tips Hivefy allows content creators to post and share content in exchange for tips. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Hivefy a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share it. 

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of the content you post on Hivefy, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media.

• Tip Mechanism: Tips are voluntary payments made by users to content creators. You understand that tips made to creators are final and non-refundable, unless specified otherwise by Hivefy. You also agree that Hivefy may charge a transaction fee for each tip received.

• Tip Processing: All payments and tips are processed via third-party payment providers. By using Hivefy, you agree to comply with any terms and conditions set by these providers.

• Payouts: Creators can withdraw tips earned through the platform in accordance with Hivefy’s payout system. Hivefy reserves the right to set thresholds, limits, and processing times for payouts.

• Tax Responsibility: Creators are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from tips and other payments received on the platform. Hivefy will not withhold any taxes on your behalf.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to post any illegal, harmful, or offensive content. This includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy.

6. Intellectual Property Content you create and share remains your property, but by posting on Hivefy, you give us a license to display, distribute, and share it on our platform.

7. Privacy Your use of Hivefy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations Hivefy is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including tips received.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other actions that threaten the integrity of the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes should be resolved through our internal mechanisms. You may also seek resolution through relevant legal channels if needed.

11. Changes to Terms Hivefy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting.

12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
