Hivefy Refund Policy

At Hivefy, we are committed to providing a transparent and straightforward platform for creators and users alike. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand our approach regarding refunds and how we handle transactions.

1. No Refunds for Tips

All tips made by users to content creators on Hivefy are final and non-refundable. Tips are voluntary payments made to express appreciation for content shared by creators, and once a tip has been completed, it cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

• Non-refundable: By using Hivefy, you acknowledge and agree that tips are non-refundable and cannot be disputed, reversed, or refunded, except in very specific and exceptional cases that involve fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.

2. Refunds for Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that a tip was made without your authorization or as the result of fraudulent activity, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate your claim and may, at our sole discretion, take action if we confirm the fraudulent activity. Refunds for fraudulent transactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting evidence.

3. Payout Processing for Creators

• Payout Schedule: Content creators who have earned tips will receive their payouts on the 1st of every month at 8:00 PM IST, if they have requested the withdrawal.
• Payment Method: Payouts will be processed via the payment method selected by the creator during account setup. Any issues with the payout method must be resolved before the scheduled payout date.

Please note that any tips earned before the 1st of the month will be processed for payout on the next scheduled payout date.

4. Payment Processing Fees

Refunds for tips will not include any transaction or payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers. Hivefy is not responsible for any fees incurred during the tip or payout process.

5. Final Decision

Hivefy reserves the right to make the final determination regarding any refund requests. All refund decisions are at Hivefy’s discretion and will be made in accordance with this policy.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Hivefy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
